This is a two-bedroom apartment featuring two Queen beds, making it well suited for families or friends travelling together. The overall space is comfortable and practical.
The living area is designed with large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing plenty of natural light and connecting directly to the balcony, creating a bright and open atmosphere. A dedicated workspace is also provided, offering a comfortable setting for work or quiet study.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, kitchenware, crockery and cutlery, making it easy to prepare simple meals during your stay. The layout is thoughtfully arranged, with clearly defined areas for resting, dining and working, ensuring a balanced and comfortable living experience.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, along with shared building facilities such as the pool and gym. Other common facilities within the building are primarily for residents’ use only.
Please note that shared facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled or unexpected maintenance carried out by the building management. Access to these facilities is managed by the building, and availability cannot always be guaranteed. No compensation will be provided in the event that these facilities are temporarily unavailable.

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.
Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
Additional Bedding: We can provide a single air mattress and extra linen for $30 per guest per night.
Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.
Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
