Oaklands Park is a southern suburb of Adelaide, South Australia in the City of Marion. The Marion Shopping Centre is a major feature of the suburb. Oaklands Park is best known as the location of the Westfield Marion shopping centre, the largest shopping complex in Adelaide. It includes over 300 speciality stores and includes a bowling alley, cinema, several department and discount stores, three supermarkets, and a food court. The Marion Cultural Centre is also adjacent to the Marion Shopping Centre that contains an art gallery, café, library and a theatre. Events are held there all through the year with art exhibitions, theatre performances and Blue Light Disco's being held. Opposite the Marion Cultural Centre is the South Australia Aquatic and Leisure Centre, also known as the State Aquatic Centre. The Seaford railway line travels through the suburb and stops at Oaklands railway station. The station has been redeveloped as a transport exchange by the South Australian Government and Marion Council to improve access to surrounding facilities. There is a bus interchange at the Westfield Marion with connections to Adelaide city, Flinders University, Hallett Cove, Noarlunga Centre and Port Adelaide.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Key Policy: Please carry your key with you at all times when you leave the accommodation. If keys are left behind, the following call-out fees will apply:
- $50.00 (09:30-17:30)
- $90.00 (17:30-20:00)
- $150.00 (20:00-22:00)
- $200.00 (22:00-09:30)
- Extra Cleaning: If the property is left in an excessively dirty or untidy state beyond the regular cleaning fee, additional charges may apply.
- Check-In/Check-Out Times: Our standard check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Please do not check in earlier unless you have received prior approval. Unapproved late check-outs may incur additional fees as follows:
- 10:00 am to 11:00 am: $30.00
- 11:00 am to 11:59 am: $80.00
- After 11:59 am: One night’s rental fee will apply.,Start: 22:00, End: 8:00
