A bathtub is available for relaxation, and there is also an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying meals or spending time outside. A fully equipped kitchen is included, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease during their stay. Guest can access the entire townhouse. Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges. Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform us. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns ASAP. Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily. Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
