Comfortable Accommodation: The property includes a 2-bedroom/1-bathroom unit, a cozy 1-bedroom/1-bathroom unit, and five stylish studios. The airy and light-filled spaces are designed for ultimate comfort, with modern amenities that make your stay both convenient and relaxing. Expect spacious layouts featuring bright kitchenettes equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig, alongside cozy living areas and clean, stylish bathrooms. Interior Feeling: Unit 1, The Spanish House, is a 2BR/1BA condo that boasts a full kitchen and a large living area adorned with a sectional sofa, accommodating family gatherings perfectly. For couples or solo travelers, the Shark Pit studio condo offers a comfy king-sized bed and dining space. Meanwhile, units RC’s and Playalinda, with two queen beds, cater to small groups without compromising on comfort. Other studios, Tables and 2nd Light, provide luxurious king-sized beds in serene environments. Outdoor Bliss: When it comes to outdoor enjoyment, The Juni does not disappoint. Located just 4 blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach, the beach, shops and restaurants are all just a quick walk or bike ride away. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in the area. In the midst of COVID-19, we are aware of many changes of routines as well as local regulations. We are taking even further precautions than usual in ensuring this home is thoroughly cleaned and properly sanitized. While we love all furry friends, we ONLY allow dogs at this property.
