Indulge in the private swimming pool, the private terrace, the garden, charcoal barbeque and everything in this magnificent house that is over 200 years old and decorated with vintage furniture and fireplaces in all the living rooms, with great care and affection. This rural home is perfect for large families and groups. From the house there are several hiking routes such as the bridges of the river Lérez, the abandoned village of Vichocuntin, a visit to the Serrapia chapel or discovering the Pedre petroglyphs. The house is only 17 minutes by car from Pontevedra city and 25 minutes from the nearest coastal beaches. Restaurants and supermarkets are not far either. There are 2 dining tables plus an additional seating area. Parking facility is available. There is a laundry room and 2 recreation rooms with party games, billiards and table football.
