Interior updated as of March 2025. Welcome to your slice of paradise. Get ready for sensational sunrises on your south facing private patio, cotton candy skies as the sun sets, and mesmerizing full moon reflections over the ocean. 410 was redecorated in March 2025 including new furnishings in the living and dining areas. There’s a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of tropical serving ware to enjoy your breakfast or five o’clock somewhere beverages on the patio. The bedroom has a plush king-size bed and smart TV. We are located on the non-drive section of New Smyrna Beach, allowing strolls along the beach and plenty of room to set up your chair and umbrella for the day. Ample seating is provided on the oceanside deck and by the pool, there are two BBQ grills and an indoor cabana with comfortable seating, books and board games, for your use as well. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
