This lovely 2BR/2BA condo has a 4 person maximum, no exceptions. This unit has a great south facing balcony ocean view overlooking the pool. This well maintained unit has a TV in the living room and master bedroom. Hacienda del Sol 2 subscribes to Cable HD so you can watch most shows in Hi Definition. There is a coin operated laundry room on the same floor near the unit.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner’s discretion.
Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
