Fulham is a vibrant and affluent neighbourhood in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, in the southwest part of the city. It is known for its mix of residential, commercial, and recreational amenities, making it a desirable place to live and visit. One of Fulham's most attractive features is its proximity to the River Thames. Some areas of Fulham, such as Chelsea Harbour and Imperial Wharf, offer stunning river views. Riverside walks and parks, like Bishop's Park and Hurlingham Park, provide residents with beautiful green spaces. Fulham is well-connected to the rest of London. There are several London Underground stations in the area, including Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green, and Imperial Wharf. These provide easy access to central London and other parts of the city. While the neighbourhood is primarily known for its residential and commercial appeal, it's close to many cultural and entertainment venues. The nearby Chelsea area has museums, galleries, and theatres, such as the Saatchi Gallery and the Royal Court Theatre.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForInfants,Property Manager wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- – Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets, no children between 2–12 years old
- – Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- – Keep the property clean and tidy.
- – Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
- – Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
- – Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
- – Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
