As you step into the kitchen guests will have a full use kitchen with newly renovated features as well as design. The kitchen layout is shared with the laundry nook to the right of the fridge. The living room and bedrooms is set up with plush gray furniture, bedding and neutral tones to give you a relaxing stay. From the carpet move through the walk way where you will have an exterior seating are and enter the patio are where guests can enjoy a newly built concrete paver patio and fire pit with a spacious backyard as a backdrop. Guests can park 1 vehicle under the carport and enter the home through the entrance door from the carport area using the electronic keypad lock system. Guest will have access to the whole property interior and exterior. The surrounding area is the Ball Camp area one of Knoxville’s popular residential neighborhoods, safe for families and friends’ getaways. The area is rural but also growing in development. Grocery, gas stations, shopping and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes. Parking at this location is well covered. You will have your own private driveway and parking area as well as a covered car port. The location of the property is just minutes from Ball Camp Pike which is one of main roads that will take you to the main highway Oak Ridge Highway or Middlebrook Pike. Guest will have no problem getting around the Ball Camp Area by car.
