Triple S Ranch Napa is a private estate on a historic ranch located just 3 miles from the quaint village of Calistoga. The 12 acre property is unique for its serenity, mature trees, and open western vistas. SSS Ranch is the Real Napa and has the best sunsets in Wine Country.
The Grand Victorian is the crown jewel of SSS Ranch. This remodeled house was built in the 1860’s and overlooks the entire estate. If more lodging is need, there is an adjacent Victorian that can sleep up to 16 people.
The space
This is one of the most well preserved Victorian farm houses of Napa Valley. Historic details in the house include: 12’ ceilings, 10’ pocket doors, a curved staircase, original lighting, ornate cabinetry, and wrap around porches. Modern amenities include: massive walk-in showers, a Thermador kitchen, and flat panel TV’s.
This in an indoor/outdoor house. French doors lead to a deck with an outdoor dining table. From this table there are views over the entire property and the ’best sunset in Napa Valley’.
Guest access
You have the exclusive use of the Grand Victorian. You have shared use of the pool area and the private 20 acres with guests that might be staying in the cottages that are located 100 yards away.
Other things to note
There is a shared pool and 20-person salt water infinity hot tub. The hot tub is particularly unique for its large size and high perch overlooking the entire property. The pool is not heated.
