The villa consists of two connected wings, both with a living room and kitchen. The house is situated on a 10-hectare (100,000 m²) estate of forest and grassland, offering complete privacy and the opportunity for an active walk on your own private grounds. You can pick fruit from one of the many fruit trees and spot wildlife in your backyard. If you prefer to enjoy a glass of wine on the sunny terrace, that is of course also possible. Furthermore, this villa is equipped with every luxury. For example, you have a large swimming pool with a shallow (1.0m) and a deep (2.0m) part, various seating areas and sun beds in the beautiful garden, a large BBQ and a jeu-de-boules court. The villa is a 30-minute drive from Saint-Émilion and Bergerac, surrounded by endless wine chateaux, most of which organise fun wine tastings.
