Wine country escape with heated pool, hot tub, & central AC Located in the heart of Kenwood, the Vina Vista wine country retreat is comprised of two separate spaces: the main house, and a bonus sleeping area. This ideal Kenwood locale is convenient to fantastic restaurants and wineries. Visit VJB Vineyard & Cellars or Chateau St. Jean Winery. Sugarloaf Ridge State Park is a favorite for all-level hiking and stargazing at the observatory. This rental is truly one of a kind! Host cookouts in the garden oasis, complete with a custom outdoor kitchen, heated pool, and spa. Or dine alfresco on the deck overlooking the private vineyard. The main house is filled with natural light and stylish decor, while a huge game room awaits in the bonus sleeping area. The open-concept living room has ample plush seating and a smart TV to watch as you lounge. The modern kitchen has granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge. Share home-cooked dishes in the sunny dining room. In the bonus sleeping area, you’ll find the huge game room is flanked by French doors and has exposed beam ceilings and a skylight. Stretch out on two couches and an armchair or enjoy a lively game of ping-pong. The blissful backyard is bordered by a vineyard and manicured gardens. Enjoy the views from your private pool and spa. The impressive outdoor kitchen has a gas grill. Share meals at a dining table on the deck. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). The pool is solar heated from the end of May through October and may be heated for $150 per day November-April; the spa is available year-round. The indoor fireplace and the outdoor fireplace (including the pizza oven) are not available for guest use. No amplified outdoor music at any time. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. - 7 a.m. LIC24-0173 TOT #2305. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
