Looking for peace and lots of space with a beautiful setting? Then you have come to the right place in Rouzède. This holiday home is located in Écuras, fifteen minutes from the Dordogne. The department with the most hours of sunshine after Provence. The region is known for its rolling countryside and you cannot ignore this when you stay in this holiday home.
The house is therefore located directly on a bicycle / mountain bike and walking route, which there are many in the immediate vicinity of the house. Besides cycling and walking, the area offers many other activities. Within half an hour you can swim and fish in nearby larger lakes. The beautiful golf course La Preze (18 holes) is 1 km away. Canoeing is possible in the area and of course the many regional markets in the area are a good way to experience authentic France. For gourmets there are several restaurants and near the house. Finally, a trip to the fortified city of Angoulême is highly recommended.
Only next door will you find restaurants and supermarkets in Le Chat. Spend a day in the fishing waters of Le Chat. Nearby you can seek indulgence in a fun game of tennis. In case you would like to try out golfing, Le Preze golf club is within a 2 km radius from your stay. A big park with a swimming pool both for kids and adults is only 100 m away, so you can also check it out once. Horse riding can be taken up post a 20-minutes drive.
