Villa Rosamatrada is a charming independent house located in Contrada Capo Plaja, Cefalù, offering exclusive access to a private beach. This villa blends comfort, traditional style, and convenience, making it a perfect retreat for your Sicilian getaway.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a welcoming porch leading into a spacious living room with exposed beams. This cozy space features comfortable sofas, armchairs, a dining table, and a TV, creating an inviting atmosphere to relax and unwind. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle, ensuring guests have everything needed to prepare delightful meals. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a ceiling fan, a bathroom with a shower, and a utility room fitted with a washing machine for added convenience.
An internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a second living room with a French sofa bed, perfect for additional guests, and an attic double bedroom with its own private bathroom with a shower. Comforts throughout the villa include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms and the upstairs living room, as well as heating for cooler months.
The outdoor area of Villa Rosamatrada is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. A large pergola is furnished with a barbecue, sofas, deckchairs, and a dining area, making it an ideal spot for al fresco dining or soaking in the serene surroundings. From the garden, a gate provides direct access to the private beach, allowing you to enjoy the sun, sea, and sand at your leisure. Two private parking spaces are also available for guests.
