Property Manager are proud to present Maes-Y-Berllan, situated in the heart of Saundersfoot, it is an idyllic base just a short distance away from the beach. This spacious terrace house boasts five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a sunny terrace and balcony, with parking for one car.
Saundersfoot is a bustling seaside resort between Amroth and Tenby. Saundersfoot has its own working harbour, water sports, heritage centre, and access to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path with a picturesque route over the cliffs to Tenby stretching 3 miles, also you will find a good array of shops, confectionaries, cafes and restaurants.
You could spend your days building sandcastles and dipping your toes in the clear waters on the beach or if you’re thinking of travelling further afield. Tenby is a postcard-perfect town to visit with interesting architecture, beautiful beaches and an array of local shops and eateries for you to enjoy. Pembrokeshire has a vast array of attractions and beaches to suit everyone, Meas-Y-Berllan is an ideal base to explore the area and see as much as you can.
Maes-Y-Berllan is in a prime location in the village, the house is perfect for large families and groups, offering comfort, space, and good facilities.
The entrance hall has stairs going up to the bedrooms and a washroom, before leading into the large living, dining and kitchen area with bi-fold doors onto the furnished decked balcony with glass screen panels providing space for sitting and enjoying Al Fresco dining.
Living/dining room: A bright and stylish room with a sumptuous corner sofa and leather chair, a wooden extendable dining table with seating for up to ten people, Smart TV, bi-fold doors. It really is the heart of the home, perfect to sit up at the table for mealtimes or unwind on the sofa after a long day on the beach.
Kitchen: a modern kitchen with everything you need for your self-catering needs, including a central breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee from the Nespresso machine, built-in kitchen appliances include an electric hob, built in oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Cloakroom: Toilet and hand basin.
Top floor Master Bedroom: King size bed, bedside table and lamp, fitted mirrored wardrobes, dressing table and stool, mirror, chair and footstool and a Velux window opening out into a balcony for rear facing views with a telescope for star spotting at night.
En-suite bathroom: comprising of hand basin, toilet, walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, mirror and window.
Second floor, Bedroom 2: Double bed, mirrored built in wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, front facing windows and a Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, mirrored built-in wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, rear facing window and a Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom.
Jack and Jill bathroom: comprising of hand basin, mirror, toilet, walk-in rainfall shower, and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 4: wooden bunk beds, storage boxes, chair and rear facing window.
Family Bathroom: comprising of hand basin, toilet, a luxurious deep bath with shower attachment, and a heated towel rail.
Lower ground floor: Second lounge perfect for multiple families, comfy sofa and chairs, tv, dining table with four chairs, double glazed bi-fold doors open out into the furnished patio with BBQ, there is also a utility area with sink and dryer.
Bedroom 5: Double bed, mirrored built-in wardrobe, bedside table and lamps, French doors open on to a small outside area.
Bathroom: hand basin, toilet, walk in shower, and heated towel rail.
Travel cot and highchair available.
