This vacation rental offers private beach access and St. Maarten Cabana 18 is also included as a great escape from the heat and is located next to the resort lagoon pool. The cabana features a living area, mini-fridge, and a half bathroom. Check-in time for cabanas is earlier than regular check-in time for vacation condos. You can start enjoying your cabana rental at 10 a.m. on your arrival day and get a head start soaking up the Florida sunshine before you checking into your condo. Cabanas are available to enjoy each day until 10 p.m. when the pool area closes. Overnight sleeping in cabanas is not permitted. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
