The exteriors are perfect to enjoy the good weather and relax after spending the day at the beach. Tan under the Mediterranean sun in the comfortable beds, enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch and relax on the outdoor sofas with a drink at sunset. There are close neighbours.
The two-storey house has been refurbished and decorated with exquisite taste, taking advantage of the upper rooms to enjoy the sea views. On the ground floor there is a wonderful kitchen-dining room equipped with gas cooker and with space for 8 people. There is another more formal dining room where stone and wood stand out. This floor is completed with a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs we have the fabulous living room with stunning views of the bay of Pollença and equipped with Smart TV-sat. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
