The exteriors of the house have been designed to be able to admire the amazing views while you swim in the water salt pool -which measures 11 x 4 meters and has a depth between 1 and 1.90 meters-, relax in its integrated Jacuzzi -only cold water-, sunbathe on the 6 sun loungers or on the Balinese bed, or enjoy a delicious barbecue at the porch. The large garden is also perfect for children to play. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.
The interior combines a modern and comfy style with more traditional architectural elements such as the stone walls. All the rooms are on the main floor, being the great living-dining room-kitchen the protagonist og the house. Here you can watch satellite TV, cook on the ceramic hob and have lunch together while still enjoying the views. The house offers 4 bedrooms with AC -2 with a double bed and the other 2 with twin beds-. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also another bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Finally, a cot and a highchair are available if you travel with your baby, as well as 4 fans. And there are screen roller blinds to protect from the sun beams.
Ariany is a small town in the centre of Mallorca with the basic services for your stay on the island. Its central location will allow you to easily explore the island: the Sierra de Tramuntana to the west, the beaches of Can Picafort or Playa de Muro to the north, the beaches of the east or the capital, Palma, to the south. You can also visit other nearby inland towns such as Petra or Sineu.
