The exterior area of this finca is absolutely stunning. The beautiful views to the fields and countryside are the perfect company to relax in the garden or any of the wonderful corners of the property. The beautiful lawn area by a paved space enclose the great chlorine pool and the furnished area where you can enjoy a succulent barbecue either during the day under the awning or in the evening under the starry sky. The pool sizes 10 x 6 metres and the water depth goes from 1.2 to 1.6 metres. There also are 6 design sun loungers around and an exterior shower. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The inside surprises with its spaciousness, modernity and light. When you enter you find an impressive living - dining - kitchen equipped with AC, a comfy sofa where you can sit and watch the satellite TV, a great glass table, and a ceramic hob, oven and all you need to cook as if you where at home. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms, both with a shower, as well as three bedrooms with AC and closet. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed each, and the last one has twin beds. There are two baby cots and high chairs for the family little ones. Finally, the house is equipped with central heating so that you can visit us in any season.
