Welcome to this stunning villa, surrounded by lush gardens featuring fruit trees and a variety of plants. Enjoy the refreshing saltwater pool (10 x 4 m, depth 0.20-1.90 m) alongside a fully equipped porch, terrace, and barbecue area—all with beautiful views.
The spacious 220 m² house is spread over two floors. The cozy living-dining room invites you to relax on the two sofas while watching TV, with a dining table and a wood stove adding to the charm. The independent kitchen, equipped with a vitroceramic hob, has everything you need to create delicious meals.
With four bedrooms, this villa accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor, while three more double bedrooms are on the upper floor, one featuring an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and a cot and high chair are available upon request. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms—one with a shower on the main floor and another with a whirlpool bath upstairs. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and oil central heating.
Located just 800 meters from the charming center of Llubí, the villa is ideally situated for exploring Mallorca. Within a 20-minute drive, you can reach beautiful beaches like Can Picafort, Puerto Alcudia, and Formentor, known for their soft sand and shallow waters, perfect for families.
