With a surface area of 52m² and renovated at the end of 2021, this is a warm, hyper-centric urban apartment with a courtyard-side bedroom that lets you enjoy the peace and quiet. With its double bed and sofa bed, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights). The layout is as follows - living room with double sofa bed, TV and cupboard - a bathroom with hairdryer, towel dryer and rain shower - a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine...) - from this kitchen, a long corridor leads to a small, hidden TV room - a courtyard bedroom with a 140cm-wide bed and dressing room The Amour apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Rennes, near the Parliament of Brittany, the Place de la Mairie and the Opera, and in the most commercial street of the city. Its location is perfect to enjoy the city center and its surroundings thanks to its immediate proximity to shops, metro and buses. The metro and bus routes are less than 5 minutes’ walk away. The street is pedestrian-only, but the Lices parking lot is a 5/10-minute walk from the apartment. - Sheets and towels of 4/5-star hotel quality are provided, as well as tea towels, bath mats and a few welcome products. Beds are made up on arrival, so all you have to do is pack your bags and enjoy your stay. - Wifi access is free Charges are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure. To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation. This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms. Flexible reception for your comfort: You have the option of being physically greeted by the Property Manager team, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, or of arriving independently. In both cases, access to the accommodation is possible from 4pm. If you choose autonomous arrival, please note that the keys are kept in a code-secured area 450 meters from the accommodation, about a 5-minute walk. Whether you’re in Rennes on business, on a family vacation or on a city break, you’ll be greeted personally by a Property Manager Rennes staff member who will show you around the property and answer any questions you may have.
