During the pleasantly warm seasons, the private chlorine pool of 8m x 4m (and a depth from 1,1-1,9m) offers a delightful refreshment. There are 6 sun loungers for sunbathing. The huge porch is the perfect scenery for a long breakfast or a tasteful barbecue with your loved ones. The surrounding gravel garden with different kinds of plants gives the outside area a modern touch. The terrain is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.The ground floor villa has a modern yet elegant interior. The living room, with a sofa, satellite TV and access to the porch, opens up to the dining kitchen, equipped with all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal, including a vitro hob, an electric oven and a dishwasher. The laundry room counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three superb bedrooms: two with 2 single beds each, and one with a double bed. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair. There is one bathroom with a shower and another with a hydro-massage bath tub. The dining room and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.The nearest village is Sa Pobla, where you will find any services you might need during your stay, like supermarkets, shops and restaurants. On Sundays, there is a big market with fruits and vegetables. From the villa, with the freeway nearby as it is, you can easily reach the bay of Alcúdia, within 15 minutes by car. The fine sandy beaches of Port d’Alcúdia, Playa de Muro and Can Picafort are perfect for families. During the low season, the area is great for hiking and cycling. You might want to explore the trails around Campanet or Pollença, or even up to the Sanctuari of Lluc. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 4 cars.
