There will be no better way to start the day than having breakfast on the cozy balcony while planning your visits to the area. If you feel like cooling off, you can take a dip in the large communal 10x20m chlorine pool, with a maximum depth of 2.3m, which also has a children’s area of 5x4m and a depth of 0.5m. Being in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.
The interior of the house, recently renovated, is designed for you to rest as you deserve. The bright living room, perfect for long evenings, is equipped with AC and TV. The kitchen is independent and has everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. When it’s time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms: two of them have a double bed and a fan, the last one has a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower completes the property. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
