After a fabulous day at the beach, which is just 50 meters from the house, you can refresh yourself in the large communal chlorine pool that measures 20 x 20 meters and has a depth of 1.10 to 2.20 meters. The little ones can enjoy a dip in the 7x5 meter pool. The complex’s garden invites you to spread out your towel after a swim and sunbathe in the Mediterranean sun. The complex where it is located offers communal pools, sports courts, a children’s play area, and beautiful gardens. Once inside the apartment, the private terrace facing the garden is perfect for relaxing after a day full of activities.
The cozy apartment is located on the ground floor and has the necessary equipment to enjoy your days off. The living-dining room offers a Smart TV, air conditioning, and a dining table. The kitchen is separate and has gas hobs, a washing machine, a practical dishwasher, and a dining area. In addition, attached to the kitchen, you will find a dining room with a table and chairs so that the 6 guests can enjoy the delicious dishes they prepare. When it comes to resting, you will find 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and a wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, and one of them also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom offers a bunk bed. Finally, another bathroom with a shower completes the accommodation. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair.
Just outside the urbanization, you will find yourself at the beginning of the wonderful beach of Cala del Moral and its promenade. It is also only 290 meters from the tunnel of Cala del Moral, located on the cliffs of El Cantal that separate Cala del Moral and Rincón de la Victoria, a highly recommended walk. The area has all the services for your stay, such as restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. In the area, you can also play golf on seaside courses or go horse riding.
The pools are open from June 15th to September 15th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
You can park your vehicle in the parking area next to the building, although there is no assigned space. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
