VILLA FRANCESCO – PERUGIA
Villa Francesco is in a hilly area surrounded by woodland but yet only a short drive to the nearby village with shops and restaurants. Within close proximity there are several wonderful places of interest to visit such as Assisi, Todi, Spoleto, Perugia and Orvieto. The area offers much historic interest with several Roman settlements, architecture and castles.
The villa is built from the local stone giving it added charm and character and it’s on two levels. The interiors are modern and fresh. It is surrounded by a spacious garden made up of lawn, olive and fruit trees and from the terrace there are wonderful views to be enjoyed. In the garden there is the swimming pool and a gazebo with table and chairs, ideal for eating "al fresco" and hot tub. Parking is within the grounds.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
