The interior of the two-storey flat is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor there is a cosy living room with TV-Sat and air conditioning, a spacious dining room and a modern independent kitchen, which is equipped with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the same floor you will also find a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the two bedrooms, located on the upper floor of the property. One of them has a bunk bed and access to the balcony, while the other one has a double bed, fan and TV....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
