Castello Casalino is a wonderful villa in the countryside with the typical Tuscan charm and elegance. The stunning terrace, which overlooks the pool and the garden, wraps around the house and provides breath-taking 360° views. Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach the beautiful beaches of the Etruscan Coast, including Castiglioncello and Marina di Bibbona.
Castello Casalino features an expansive garden accessible through a wrought iron gate equipped with an intercom and security code. The private pool measures 11m x 5.5m with a variable depth of 80 to 135 cm.
The villa is spread across two floors and includes a separate annex.

Living room with TV and sofas, Dining room, 1 double room, with ensuite bathroom with shower and independent entrance from the terrace , 1 bedroom with two single beds, with ensuite bathroom with shower. A laundry/storage room with washing machine.

ANNEX:
Adjacent to the villa’s cellars is the annexe. This charming standalone mini-apartment spans two floors and includes an entrance hall, a kitchen, a cosy sitting area with a TV and library on the ground floor, a spacious double bedroom with a bathroom upstairs, with the possibility of adding a single sofa bed.
Please note: Extra single normal beds with linen and towels can be added; max 2 in the villa and 1 in the annex.
