The exterior of the house is perfect for enjoying the southern climate, offering a private chlorine pool measuring 6m x 4.4m with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.60m. If you don’t want to get into the pool but need to cool off, you can do so in the outdoor shower and then sunbathe peacefully on one of the loungers. Next to the pool, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue on the porch equipped with a dining table. At the front, you will find a porch ideal for having a drink in the afternoon with your companions. There is a bathroom with a shower outside. The property is fenced and has neighbors nearby.
The interior is distributed on one floor. Upon entering, you will find the dining room equipped with a fireplace, AC, Smart TV, and a table for 6. The ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. When it’s time to sleep, you’ll find three bedrooms. Two of them have double beds and the third, located in the external little house, has a bunk bed with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower completes your stay. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair.
The property is located in the Coto La Campa urbanization. In the area towards the beach, you will find some restaurants and beach bars, but if you want to get closer to the center, Chiclana de la Frontera is only 7km away. There you can find all the necessary services for your stay, and you cannot miss visiting the market. We also recommend taking a boat trip to the castle of Sancti Petri and visiting the salt flats of Chiclana. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
