After spending the day sunbathing on the beach, playing golf on one of the many nearby courses, or hiking in the surrounding area, the best plan is to relax on the flat’s large terrace after a refreshing dip in the 10 x 15 metre chlorinated communal swimming pool with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 3 metres.
The stylish flat, which is located on the first floor of a building with a lift, has all the comforts you need to enjoy your days off. The spacious and bright living-dining room has access to the main terrace, Smart TV and a table for 8 people. The kitchen is independent and offers ceramic hob and all the necessary equipment to cook like at home. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Our guests can relax in 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds, each with an en suite bathroom, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. There is also an additional toilet. Finally, the house is equipped with ducted air conditioning.
Sotogrande is an exclusive urbanisation located on the Costa del Sol, in the province of Cadiz, this community offers a perfect combination of beautiful landscapes, first-class infrastructure and high-end leisure activities. The heart of Sotogrande is its iconic marina, a world-class yacht harbour that is home to some of the most impressive vessels in the Mediterranean. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy some of the most prestigious courses in Europe, including the famous Real Club Valderrama, which has hosted numerous elite golfing events.
