On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen and a living area that overlooks the courtyard, featuring comfortable seating and dining areas. On the first floor, you’ll find two triple bedrooms, each with a double and a single bed, and three double bedrooms, each with a double bed. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower, and there is an additional separate bathroom with a shower. Outside, Villa Irina is surrounded by olive and fruit trees, complemented by a large garden (20,000 sqm) with Mediterranean scrub plants, terraces, and grassy areas. The garden features a private swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters, a sun terrace equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, a shady outdoor dining area furnished with tables and chairs, and convenient onsite parking.
