In the exterior of this fantastic urbanization where the accommodation is located, you will find a shared chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 19m x 8m and a depth range that goes from 1m to 2m. You can all gather together on the property’s fantastic furnished terrace, which has an outdoor dining area, where you can sunbathe or spend long evenings with your loved ones. Please note that there are direct neighbours, so privacy is partial.
Inside, the house is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find the dining room, which is equipped with AC, Smart TV and comfortable sofas where you can relax. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is independent and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. Of the 5 bedrooms with AC in the property, on this floor you will find one of them, which has two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the room. The stairs lead to the first floor, where there are three bedrooms with two single beds each. One of them has an en suite bathroom with bathtub. An additional bathroom with bathtub is at your disposal. Finally, on the top floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds, en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the second terrace of the property. Up to two more guests can be accommodated thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Two fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board are at your disposal. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair.
El Puerto de Santa María offers a wide variety of tourist attractions, such as its fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, like Valdelagrana beach and La Muralla beach. It also has a rich history and cultural heritage, with sites such as the Castle of San Marcos, the Iglesia Mayor Prioral and the old Osborne winery. The historic city centre is another attraction for visitors, with its cobbled streets, picturesque squares and historic buildings, where you can find bars and restaurants offering local gastronomy, such as the famous pescaíto frito (fried fish). Furthermore, this city is situated on the Jerez Wine Route, a wine region famous for its wineries and wines, so it is possible to visit and taste wine in the local bodegas. We recommend a visit to the city of Cadiz, which is only a 20 minute drive away and is known for its impressive old town, beaches and lively atmosphere. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
