The Home
Villa Trina is a beautiful ancient Neapolitan house, built with volcanic rock, valuable antiques, terracotta floor tiles and intricate wall tile design on the kitchen wall which is typical for this area. The villa is located within walking distance from the nearest hamlet with restaurant and shop. The nearest beaches are small coves with pebble and volcanic sand, typical of the area, with the closest one only 2.5km away. Massa Lubrense is only 2.5km away where you can find a multitude of shops and restaurants, many of them Michelin accredited.
The villa consists of a main house and an annex, developing over 270 sq.m
MAIN HOUSE
Inside we find a large living room with sofas, TV and a beautiful fireplace. From this living room we can access the large separate dining room with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen offers another large table with chairs, plenty of working space for cooking delicious Italian meals...

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
