VILLA DAHNA - SALO AREA Located close to Salò, Villa Dahna is a lovely villa with a private heated swimming pool. The villa is just 1 km from shops and restaurants and 5 km from Salò, a rich treasure trove of history, architecture and art with plenty of trattorias, cafes, pretty palaces and a botanical garden. The lake and the beach are nearby and the lovely Isola del Garda with its impressive battlements, beautiful formal gardens and neo-Gothic Venetian villa is reachable by boat from Salò. The 190 square meter villa develops over 2 levels. On the ground floor you will find an open plan living space with a lounge area (with sofas) and a well-equipped kitchen/diner (with dining table and chairs). In the sleeping area you will find two bedrooms. One twin bedroom (with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double) with en-suite bathroom (with toilet) and open space, first floor bathroom (with free standing bath and shower). One split level quadruple bedroom with a double bed (on the ground floor, suitable for clients with mobility issues), two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double (on the mezzanine level) and a private bathroom (with shower) shared by both bedrooms. On the first floor you will find a quadruple bedroom (with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double and a double sofa bed prepared on request) with an en-suite bathroom (with shower) and a balcony. On this level, you will also find the spa (with Jacuzzi, shower, Turkish bath and sauna). Outside, there is a large fenced garden with a private heated swimming pool (11.2 m x 4.8 m; depth 1.39 m) with a sun deck (with sun beds, deck chairs and umbrella), an outdoor dining area, barbecue (wood) and a children’s playground (with swing and slide). PLEASE NOTE: - Swimming-pool heated to about 28°C; we can not guarantee a constant temperature at it can change from day and night or depending on weather. It will be switched on well in advance before your arrival in order to obtain the optimum temperature. Weekly cost also for stays of less then 7 nights. Supplement could change last minute due to increase in cost of energy. - the owners live next to the house and are available to help with any help that guests require.
