Located close to the towns of Ostuni and Carovigno in Puglia, Villa Moretto is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool. Perfect for families or groups, the villa is just 10 minutes from the sandy beaches of Torre Guaceto (protected nature reserve, ideal for nature lovers) and close to San Vito dei Normanni where you can find shops and restaurants. The villa is the perfect hub for discovering the Brindisi region including Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica.
Villa Moretto (150 sqm) consists of two mirrored units which develop over one level.
Both units have a large living area with a wooden dining table, sofa, and a well-equipped open kitchen.
The sleeping area in each unit consists of two double bedrooms (with double bed), one with an ensuite bathroom (with shower), and a bathroom (with shower).

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
