VILLA DEL SOFFIO - RUFFANO AREA Placed between the two towns of Ruffano and Taurisano, Villa del Soffio is a private property with private swimming pool and 18km from the beaches of Torre San Giovanni, and only 2km from the nearest shops and restaurants. The villa develops over one level only, making it ideal for those with walking difficulties. Inside, we find modern interiors with a large living area with double sofa bed, open plan kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, and more) and dining table with chairs. A hallway leads us from the living room to the bedrooms, consisting of four double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms with shower. We also have a bathroom suitable for disabled with walk-in shower, handrails and toilet for disabled, as well as a washing machine. In each bedroom it is possible to add a baby cot, a single camp bed or a bunk bed, reaching a total of 14 beds (4 of which with a surcharge). Outside, in the enclosed garden, we find the private swimming pool (12x6m; 1.35m deep; salt depuration; open from May 1st to September 30th) with hydro massage, wheelchair slide, and sun loungers. Next to the pool, we have external showers, large bathroom with dressing room, a shaded gazebo with armchairs and one with table and chairs for al-fresco meals. The garden is fully enclosed, making it ideal for pets.
