The property’s wonderful garden is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. It features an 8m x 5m saltwater swimming pool with a depth ranging from 0.8m to 2.10m, as well as a 3m x 3m children’s area. Outside the villa, you will also find sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and a porch with several tables where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your companions. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.
The interior of the two-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. In it, you will find a living room equipped with AC and TV-sat and a dining area with a large table where you can enjoy your favourite dishes. The kitchen, which has access to the dining room, is induction and has AC and everything you need to cook in total comfort. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. When it is time to sleep, there are 4 bedrooms, all of them with double bed and AC. On the ground floor there are 3 of them, one of which has access to the garden and an en suite bathroom with shower. The last bedroom is located on the top floor and has access to a large terrace and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
The accommodation is located in a fantastic area of the island where in addition to the sun and the sea you can enjoy a great summer and family atmosphere. The area offers all the necessary services for your holidays and you will also find a wide gastronomic offer. The nearest beach is that of Son Bauló, and also nearby is the beach of Can Picafort, both with turquoise waters and fine sand. There are many nearby places worth visiting such as s’Albufera, Alcúdia or Pollença.
The fireplace is decorative (cannot be used). Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
