Located about 8 km from Ispica on the south-east coast of Sicily, Villa Maggia is a lovely modern villa with a garden and a swimming pool. The towns of Pozzallo and Ispica are nearby, as well as a sandy beach at Santa Maria del Focallo. The well-known cities of Modica, Noto, Scicli and Ragusa are also within easy reach, if you decide to drive from the villa.
Villa Maggia (160 sqm) develops over two levels. The entrance to the villa is via an electronic gate leading to a small driveway shared with another villa.
On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room (with external access) with a lounge area (with sofa and TV), a dining area (with a table for 8) and a well-equipped kitchen area. To the right of the living room, there are two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower).

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
