The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the southern climate. In the large communal garden you will find a shared chlorine swimming pool, with dimensions of 18x7 m and a depth range of between 1.2 and 2 m. Once in the flat, located on the ground floor of a three-storey building, you will find a garden terrace where you can relax while sunbathing or enjoy a meal or a drink with your companions at the large table you will find there. Please note that, being located in a block of flats, the flat has direct neighbours.
The interior of the flat, on a single floor, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room, equipped with AC and TV, is perfect for long evenings. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it is time to sleep you will find two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, while the second has two single beds. If needed, another person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. In the flat you will find another separate bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
The accommodation is located in Buenas Noches, a village in Malaga, next to Estepona, a town located in an idyllic enclave surrounded by the sea and the mountains, which will allow you to enjoy both. Here you will find markets, shops and all the facilities to make your experience unique. Its historic centre is perfect to get lost while discovering the typical Andalusian architecture and its corners full of colourful flowerpots. Of course, you can’t leave the city without tasting its tapas or enjoying a flamenco show. In a less urban environment, we encourage you to visit the natural areas of the area by hiking, horse riding or cycling, or to enjoy the Mediterranean by diving in its waters. For the latter, we encourage you to visit the beach of La Galera, the closest to the flat and which, thanks to its dark sand and rocky areas, will be the best choice for nature and diving lovers.
The swimming pool will be open from 1 June to 30 September. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There are parking space for 1 cars in the garage. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice. About the area
Estepona, nestled on Spain's Costa del Sol in the province of Málaga, is a charming destination that captivates visitors with its blend of seaside splendor, Andalusian tradition, and modern amenities. Estepona's allure lies in its ability to offer a tranquil escape while providing a rich tapestry of cultural and recreational activities.
The heart of Estepona is its historic old town, a picturesque area where narrow, flower-lined streets lead to quaint squares such as Plaza de las Flores. Here, the essence of Andalusian culture is palpable, with whitewashed buildings, wrought-iron balconies brimming with geraniums, and the occasional tapas bar offering a slice of local life.
Estepona's coastline stretches over 20 kilometers, featuring pristine beaches like Playa del Cristo and Playa La Rada, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and a variety of water sports. The palm-fringed promenade, Paseo Marítimo, is ideal for leisurely strolls with views of the Mediterranean Sea.
For those interested in botany and green spaces, Estepona does not disappoint. The town is home to a spectacular Orchidarium, boasting a collection of over 5,000 plants and an impressive array of orchid species. Additionally, the town's commitment to beautification is evident in the many murals that adorn building facades, adding vibrant splashes of color to the urban landscape.
Cultural enthusiasts will find Estepona's museums and galleries intriguing. The Municipal Museum offers insights into the town's history, while the Bullfight Museum pays homage to one of Spain's most traditional spectacles. Estepona also hosts numerous festivals throughout the year, including the colorful Feria y Fiestas Mayores, which showcases the best of local music, dance, and cuisine.
Gastronomy in Estepona is a delightful journey through Andalusian flavors, with seafood being a staple. The town's marina is lined with restaurants and bars where one can savor fresh sardines, grilled octopus, and other Mediterranean delicacies, often accompanied by a glass of local wine.
For the active traveler, Estepona offers excellent golf courses set against the backdrop of the Sierra Bermeja mountain range. Hiking and horseback riding are also popular activities, allowing visitors to explore the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside.
In essence, Estepona is a destination that offers a serene beachside atmosphere, cultural richness, and a taste of traditional Spanish life, all while providing the comforts and excitement of a modern holiday spot. Whether seeking relaxation, adventure, or cultural immersion, Estepona is a gem on the Andalusian coast that promises a memorable experience for every traveler.
