Villa Petrasia is a modern private villa with private swimming pool located on the Cilento coastline, south of Amalfi. From the villa, there are spectacular sea views and much of the estate is covered with dense woodland. The National Park of Cilento (with many plant species and animal life such has hawks and wolves) occupies much of the southern area of the Salerno province. For those who like to explore nature this villa is a wonderful choice. The sandy beach is only 800m from the villa and is accessed via the road. From the beach following the coast, you can take a walk to the village within about 2km. The village is lively in the summer months, but is quieter out of peak season. Daily tours to Napoli, Pompei, Herculaneum, Matera are available. During summer months guests can reach the Amalfi Coast, Ravello, Positano, Sorrento and the island of Capri even by hydrofoil from Sapri harbour – the perfect way to enjoy the Amalfi coast without staying in the tourist hustle and bustle! Guests have use of the external areas: the large loggia and solarium, garden, swimming pool (12m x 6m, depth 1.40m -2.40m; open April -October; depuration: salt water system), barbecue, outdoor showers and pergola.
The villa, which is comprised of three apartments, is booked as a private villa and is surrounded by a large, enclosed garden. It is quite suitable for families with children. Each apartment has a separate independent entrance and sea views. The beds are: 3 Queen sized (160*190 cm), 1 double (140*190 cm), 1 Queen / Twin (160*190 / 2x 80*190 cm), 2 Double Sofa beds (140*190), 1 Toddler bed, 2 baby cots.

Large living/dining room, open fireplace, dining table, library/study area, French doors to covered terrace with sea view alfresco dining terrace. Well equipped kitchen, French doors to terrace and steps down to panoramic "taverna" style covered dining terrace seating 14 with summer kitchen, barbecue and traditional Italian wood-fired pizza oven.

From the ground floor down a small set of stairs is the barbecue area, furnished in rustic style, all in local stone and chestnut wood with magnificent views of the Mediterranean countryside, which is perfect for a wonderful evening meal. Guests have use of the external areas: the large loggia and solarium, garden, swimming pool (12m x 6m, depth 1.40m -2.40m; open April -October; depuration: salt water system), barbecue, outdoor showers and pergola.
Facilities: Maid service: 9AM-1PM, 6 days a week, solarium, parking, air conditioning (throughout the villa, except for the main kitchen), Satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet access. Kitchenettes are equipped with kettle, toaster, DVD player, iron, hairdryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, espresso coffee machine, safe. Balcony, panoramic terrace, swimming pool, outdoor shower, garden, BBQ, Pizza oven. Linen & towels included: linen is changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week.
Extras: Pool towels €10 per person per week. Winter heating € 300 per week. Wood for fire €200 per week. Additional maid service on request. Cook service & waiter on request at €250 per dinner (excluding cost of the food. Traditional local cuisine menu will be arranged with clients in the morning). Pizza chef and waiter at €250 for pizza parties using wood pizza oven (cost of the food is not included).
