Villa Petrasia is a modern private villa with private swimming pool located on the Cilento coastline, south of Amalfi. From the villa, there are spectacular sea views and much of the estate is covered with dense woodland. The National Park of Cilento (with many plant species and animal life such has hawks and wolves) occupies much of the southern area of the Salerno province. For those who like to explore nature this villa is a wonderful choice. The sandy beach is only 800m from the villa and is accessed via the road. From the beach following the coast, you can take a walk to the village within about 2km. The village is lively in the summer months, but is quieter out of peak season. Daily tours to Napoli, Pompei, Herculaneum, Matera are available. During summer months guests can reach the Amalfi Coast, Ravello, Positano, Sorrento and the island of Capri even by hydrofoil from Sapri harbour – the perfect way to enjoy the Amalfi coast...

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
