Come and enjoy the sun and the sea on one of the best beaches on the island thanks to this apartment. You can access the beach in a few steps. The large terrace offers wonderful views of the beach and has everything you may need to enjoy the good weather on the island: two loungers for sunbathing, a comfortable table with chairs where you can enjoy your best dishes as well as a comfortable sofa. outside from where to enjoy a drink at sunset.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and is fully equipped. From the terrace we access a space with AC and two levels: the living room (with satellite TV) at the level of the terrace and the dining room and kitchen (with breakfast bar and electric stove) a few steps up. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with AC, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with shower in the apartment and in the corridor area a bunk bed, also at your disposal. There is a cot and high chair available as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is located in an exceptional area, caressing the sand of the beach and feeling the sea breeze from its terrace. In Port d’Alcúdia you will also find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Don’t forget to visit the old town of Alcudia and its wonderful weekly market every Tuesday and Sunday. If you are a golf lover, you cannot miss the wonderful course of Alcanada , with incomparable views of the sea. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed.
