Villa with swimming pool in Tuscany

Villa Liliana is a stylish villa with a private indoor swimming pool and lovely views of Chianti and the surrounding countryside. The villa is part of a 20-acre estate with three private villas, separated by high hedgerows. Situated 7km away from the town of Greve, the villa is just a short walk from Panzano where you can find supermarkets and a weekly market. You are also ideally placed for exploring Tuscany by car or bus, including the towns of Florence, Siena and San Gimignano, which are all about an hour’s drive away. The villa is composed of a 180 square meter main house which develops over two levels. On the ground floor you will find an open plan living space with a kitchen/dining area with tables and chairs, a seating area with sofa seating and large glass doors that open onto a terrace. You will also find one small bathroom with a toilet. Stairs take us to the upper floor where you find one triple bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower and a small seating area. There is also an indoor heated pool (30 degrees Celsius) with a seating area, small bar, fireplace and relaxing lights. The villa has several terraces with stunning views of the surrounding vineyards and original stonework. There is an al fresco dining area equipped with dining table and barbecue. There is also a private swimming pool (4x8 m, 1,20 m deep, open from April 1st to October 31). The swimming pool area is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.
