MARZA RESIDENCE - GRIGIA (8 GUESTS) - SYRACUSE AREA
Villa Grigia, a beautiful and modern style house that has recently been built, is located in a wonderful sea front position, in a popular seaside resort. Close by, you find one of Sicily’s most beautiful sandy beaches, the Nature Reserve of Vendicari, and plenty of restaurants in the nearby area. The baroque towns of Syracuse, Ragusa and Noto are just a short driving distance away.
The villa is surrounded by similar houses, all with private pools. Booking two of them together could be ideal for two families with children.
The villa (120 sq.m) develops over two levels with the first floor being just the roof terrace.
On the ground floor, we find the living room with dining area, French doors that open onto the covered terrace and kitchen. There is one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with normal double bed and bathroom with shower, one bedroom that can be twin or double by joining the single beds together and one separate bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, we have one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and the roof terrace, equipped with table, chairs and sun lounges. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful sea view.
Outside, the villa has a covered terrace (100 sq.m) with garden furnishings, a private swimming pool (5x3m; 1.3m deep; open all year round).
