This wonderful country house offers the perfect exterior area to spend there most of your time. The private salt water pool -that sizes 9 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.3 to 1.7 metres- will ensure a nice and cool dip. By the pool, you have 8 sunloungers that invite to bask in the sun or read under the pergola. And, to put a great end to a joyful morning or day, you have the spacious terrace with BBQ and furniture to enjoy your meals as well as a top terrace with breath-taking views.
The house comprises 2 floors. The one upstairs contains the communal rooms. Here, you’ll find a great living - dining room with AC and satellite TV. From the dining area you access the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. The laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is also here. In addition, there’s an en-suite bathroom with a shower as well as a double bed room with AC and en-suite bathroom with shower too. On the ground floor you’ll find the 3rd bathroom in the house, with independent shower and tub, and 3 more bedrooms, two of them with twin beds and the last one with a double bed. All bedrooms have AC but one, the coolest one that features a fan. A baby cot and a high chair are available. The house is equipped with oil central heating.
The property is about 4 km from Son Servera, a town near the coast where you’ll find bars, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The nearest beach is Platja sa Marjal, only 5 km away. The golf course of Son Servera is located only 6 km away. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 5 cars.
