The private terrace of this great holiday home is the perfect place for a good meal alfresco when you come back from the beach that you can reach on foot enjoying a short walk. Moreover, you’ll find a beautiful corner round the house, with artificial lawn that invites to relax on the 2 sunloungers whether reading or enjoying a coffee or a glass of wine after a delicious banquet.
The house features an airy living - dining room with the perfect mixture of style and colours that will give our guests a feeling of peace and charm. This room, equipped with AC, is perfect for your meals indoors, chatting with your loved ones or watching the satellite TV. The kitchen, with a well cared traditional style, offers a ceramic hob and all you need to cook. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms in the house. One has a double bed and AC and the other two have twin beds and a fan. Two of the bedrooms also feature a closet. You’ll find a baby cot and a high-chair available. Finally, two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, complete the accommodation.
The house is located in a privileged spot when looking for a vacation near the sea. The nearest beach, Playa de Muro, is just 230 metres away. In addition, it’s the perfect area to find all kinds of services nearby: bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. The golf course of Alcanada is only 10 km away and Puerto de Alcúdia is about 8.4 km.
