The chlorine pool -that sizes 7 x 7 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.5 to 2 metres- is the place where you will enjoy a dip with the best company of the breath-taking views to the mountains and the sea. Around the pool, you’ll find a space with loungers to sunbathe and a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy a coffee or a delicious meal cooked on the BBQ. You’ll also find an exterior shower.
You can enter the house from the terrace right to the living room that boasts a Majorcan style. Here, you can rest on the sofa and watch the satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop and a table with chairs. The laundry room is independent and offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, two of them with twin beds -with a shared en-suite bathroom with a bath and exit to the garden- and the last one with a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms with a bathtub for the rest of the house, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.The house is equipped with central heating and 4 fans.
