The chlorine pool -that sizes 7 x 7 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.5 to 2 metres- is the place where you will enjoy a dip with the best company of the breath-taking views to the mountains and the sea. Around the pool, you’ll find a space with loungers to sunbathe and a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy a coffee or a delicious meal cooked on the BBQ. You’ll also find an exterior shower.
You can enter the house from the terrace right to the living room that boasts a Majorcan style. Here, you can rest on the sofa and watch the satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop and a table with chairs. The laundry room is independent and offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, two of them with twin beds -with a shared en-suite bathroom with a bath and exit to the garden- and the last one with a double bed. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
