After a morning full of activities, the best thing to do is to cool down in the private salt water pool -that sizes 6.5 to 3.5 metres and has a water depth of 1.5 metres. After swimming for a while, you can enjoy the sun on the 4 sunloungers by the pool and wash off under the exterior shower before heading to the porch to cook and enjoy a delicious BBQ. There is also a superior terrace which is perfectly furnished for you to relax with a glass of wine and admiring the views to the pool and town.
Inside, the hallway leads to the living room where you can watch TV-sat or read a good book by the warmth of the fireplace when it’s cold. The dining room is independent and it has room for 6 people. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob and all you need to cook. In the same floor you’ll find a shower bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds ans a closet each. The third bedroom is upstairs and it also has twin beds and a closet as well as an en-suite with a shower. It’s accessible only from the outside terrace. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also at the terrace. A baby cot and a high chair are available and the house is equipped with underfloor heating.
Ariany is a small charming village. You’ll find the basic services here like a grocery shop and some good restaurants. The surroundings are mainly rural and invite to stroll across the fields or to practice cycling or hiking. The nearest beach is Son Serra de Marina about 20 km away. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
