VILLA MOSAICO - BELLAGIO AREA
Villa Mosaico is located in the town of Vassena, within walking distance to the lake, supermarket, restaurant and shops. Within a short driving distance you can reach the beautiful picturesque town of Bellagio or, take the boat to visit Como and Lecco towns.
The villa develops over three floors, all tastefully furnished with antique furniture, with an outdoor heated private swimming-pool and solarium.
On the ground floor, we find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, the wine cellar where you can find a wide selection of wines and the gym, equipped with equipment for cardio and strength. On request, we can also provide a personal trainer.
On the first floor we have the heart of the house with two lounges and the kitchen. The main lounge is decorated with antique furnishings and paintings, crystal chandeliers and a beautiful Louis XVI marble fireplace with sofas next to it. From this lounge you can access the balcony with lake views. Also, from this lounge, we access the second living area with more sofas and a smart TV (on which you can access your Netflix account). In the lounge area, there is a double sofa bed.
The kitchen, offering lake views, is modern and practical with a large solid Tuscan style table and chairs.
The second floor consists of the sleeping area, where we find a master bedroom with king size bed, its own balcony from where you can see the sunset onto the Grigna Mountains; a double bedroom that can be converted into a twin and a single bedroom with antique writing desk and private balcony with views over the lake. There is also a bedroom that used to be a single bedroom (photo of the single) but now is a double bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with bath tub. On this floor, there is another separate bathroom with shower.
Outside, we find a private and heated swimming pool (10x5m; 1.5m deep; free heating) with sun lounges, surrounded by a well-cared for garden with lawn, flowers and ancient olive trees. There is a large terrace facing a beautiful panorama of the mountains – the backdrop of Lake Como. We also find two gazebo areas with barbecue, comfortable seating and table with chairs for al-fresco dining.
The villa also offers a large covered garage for two cars.
