The exterior area of this two story house is very beautiful. The garden is a charming place where you can bask in the sun whilst reading a book or listening to some music. The best thing is the wonderful chlorine pool that sizes 10.60 x 3.5 metres and its water depth ranges from 1.30 to 1.75 metres. You’ll find a wonderful porch perfectly furnished, including a gas barbecue, to organise delicious breakfast or meals.
The house comprises 2 floors characterised by an eclectic mixture of modern and antique elements. It features and impressive living - dining - kitchen with AC that makes the room handier so that you cook on the ceramic hob while you meet around the table or watch the satellite TV. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed, closet, AC and an en-suite bathroom with a shower each. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
