This fabulous residential house offers a great private chlorine pool that sizes 7.5 x 4 metres and with a water depth ranging from 0.9 to 2 metres, so you can spend a nice time swimming despite being in town. You also have an exterior shower to wash off and then you can bask in the sun on the 3 sunloungers available. You can also enjoy a succulent meal alfresco at the terrace or the porch.
From the street level they access the main floor of the house. Here you have a spacious, air-conditioned living room where you can watch satellite TV or listen to music. Open to this space is the dining room, followed by the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, everything you need for cooking, a table with chairs and access to the outside. Then there is a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Down some stairs (next to the entrance), you have the second bathroom of the house, with shower, and two other air-conditioned rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes. There is 1 cot and 1 high chair. The house has oil central heating. The laundry room offers washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The location of the house is the best. You’ll be in the capital but in a quieter area than the town centre, being still near it. In addition, you’ll have all services around, and you can go to places on foot, by bicicle, bus, or car, as you prefer. The best thing is that the nearest beach, Can Pere Antoni, is about 3.6 km away and the golf course of Son Muntaner about 3.9 km away. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 28 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted.
