VILLA TIHANA - SUMARTIN AREA
Located close to the town of Sumartin on Brac island, Villa Tihana is a modern waterfront villa with a private swimming pool. The beach is just a stone’s throw from the villa and there is a restaurant and café bar nearby. Selca is just 3 km away, where there are shops, restaurants, and other essential amenities. The villa also offers a boat mooring for visiting boats (larger vessels can anchor in the bay or in Sumartin harbour), as well as a skipper for hire who can take you to Hvar Island and Makarska.
Villa Tihana (500 sqm) develops over three levels.
The villa is bright and airy and consists of a living room (with sofas), a dining room (with table seating 8) and a well-equipped modern kitchen. The living room and kitchen have folding glass doors which open onto an outside terrace and allow air and light into the rooms.
Off the main entrance hall, you will find two double bedrooms (with king size beds and satellite TV) with private balconies (with sea views) and two double bedrooms (with king size beds) with patio doors that lead to the main terrace (with sea views). All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms (two with showers and two with a tub and shower) and the villa also offers a self-contained spa (with sauna and steam room) and a gym.
The outside space includes a terrace with a private swimming pool with sun loungers (open during the period the villa is rented) and a terrace with a furnished sitting area and alfresco dining area (with table seating 8). Both terraces benefit from lovely sea views, and the lower terrace provides access to the boat mooring.
